🕒 1. How long does delivery take?

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

  • For major cities, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.

  • For smaller towns and villages, it may take a bit longer depending on the courier’s route.
    Our courier partners include TCS, LCS, PostEx, and Pakistan Post — all trusted and reliable services.

💰 2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan for retail orders.
For wholesale or bulk orders, advance payment is required before processing.

📦 3. What should I do if my parcel is damaged?

At DineLux, every parcel is packed with extreme care.
However, if your product arrives broken or damaged, please share proof (pictures or video) within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Once the parcel is returned and verified, we’ll issue a refund (excluding delivery charges) immediately.

🏢 4. Do you sell wholesale or to restaurants/hotels?

Yes, DineLux is also a melamine ware wholesaler and manufacturer.
We supply restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses all over Pakistan with premium-grade tableware.

Absolutely ✅
All our products are made using imported, high-quality melamine moulding compound, ensuring that every plate, bowl, and tray is 100% food-safe, durable, and heat-resistant.

🚚 6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or Email.
You can use that number to track your parcel directly on the courier’s official website.

🛍️ 7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once your parcel has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — however, you can still apply for a return or replacement under our return policy.
