Proof of damage — clear photos or an unboxing video — must be shared with our support team within this time.
 
Return & Refund Process

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your proof (photos or video).

Once your return request is approved, please securely re-pack the product and return it to us.

After receiving and inspecting the returned parcel, your refund will be processed within a few business days.

Please note: Refunds will be made excluding delivery charges.
 
Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
